Important Event Information

Age Limit: We do not see children under 8 years old.

Insurance: No insurance is required. You are welcome whether or not you have coverage.

Documentation: No ID, medical history, or paperwork is required.

Exclusions: We do not provide cosmetic surgery, braces, teeth whitening, impacted wisdom teeth removal, or molar endodontics.

Walk-Up Patients: Will be registered, have vitals taken, receive a dental exam and X-rays (if needed), and get same-day treatment.

Wait Times: Expect approximately 6–8 hours—thank you for your patience!

Arrive Early: We expect a high number of patients, so we recommend that you arrive by 5:30 a.m. to secure your spot.

Mind What You Eat: We will be conducting a blood sugar test, so be mindful of what you eat prior to the event.

Take Your Meds! If you take medication regularly, please don’t make us the exception—take your medication as prescribed.

Opt for Comfort: Choose comfortable clothing to help you relax while you wait.

Expect a Long Day: While we strive for efficiency, the high volume of patients means you should expect 2–6 hour wait times.
